Mass provides insurance services to its client ranging from risk management to framing of customized policies and assistance in settling of claim as and when required.
Some basic services we render are numerated below:

Conduct a detailed study of client’s business. Provide a report with recommendations after doing a risk management and safety audit.
Organize appropriate offers from different Insurance Companies with favourable terms and conditions.
- Highlight the pros and cons of each offer and also assist in re-framing the policy , if required , to meet the specific requirements of the customer.
- Provide with the latest changes happening within the insurance industry, and which tend to influence the decision of the client.
- Wherever possible, assist the client in re-calculation and negotiation of premium.

Maintain records of client for the purpose of premium reminders and ensuring that insurance covers do not lapse for any reason whatsoever
In case of claims, we ensure:

Assistance to the client for the timely and proper submission of claim documents.

Follow up with the insurance company for speedy disposal of the claim submitted.

Co- ordination between the insurance company and client for any further clarification/ document required for speedy clearance of claim.

Assist in the negotiation and settlement of claims.
